Artist Statement

My work explores many forms and processes of art photography – from conventional Gelatin Silver to alternatives such as Gum Bichromate, Carbon, Kallitype, Bromoil and Platinum/Palladium. Likewise my choice of subject material is as varied as my interests in photographic mediums – from landscapes, still lifes, portraits, street and travel photography to abstraction and installations. I strive to evoke emotion, meaning and visual aesthetics in my photography.

Furthermore, I use all sorts of cameras and continue experimenting with many forms of light-sensitive reactions, whether it be chemical or physical. It's a lot of fun.
